I've placed a mobile order for a bacon, egg and cheese bagel with LIGHT BUTTER AND LIGHT BREAKFAST SAUCE. and BOTH TIMES my bagel was harder than a rock!!! Do I have to have a pound of butter and sauce on my bagel for it to be softly toasted LIKE IT SHOULD BE... needless to say it was a wasted $12 BOTH TIMES and I'll never go to this store again.
it was great. It was great experience. I had a wonderful time and the customer service was wonderful.
