Bad customer service, slow. Loud ,yelling at staff . Staff yelling at stadd!
How have we come to a place in society where we buy food and drinks and don’t have access to facilities to use the bathroom? I went in after going through the drive through, asked for the key and was told to hang on. They never came back with the key!!! I WILL NOT EAT HERE AGAIN! YOU ARE TOO WORRIED ABOUT PROTECTING THE BATHROOM AND NOT PROVIDING FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS!
Was going in with my kids and had them have a seat before I ordered and I needed to use restroom and they wouldn't let me use the restroom unless I ordered first. I told the manager that was rude that I was going to order when I come out she said too bad you need to order first. This is what we come to these days. I just told them to get up and come on because I needed to use the restroom first and instead of buying anything I told them we are just going to leave. That is petty sad and I will not come back
