Cold soggy fries. Incredibly dirty washroom.
Everyone had their order wrong there was multiple people getting their orders fixed when I walked in and when I got the food it was cold and nobody was paying attention at work I was honestly disappointed with the service and everyone there seems so sad even the kids.
Went why with my girlfriend, left very unsatisfied. Everything that we ordered was wrong. We ordered a medium Diet Coke and a large rootbeer and got handed a large orangetopia and a small rootbeer. I got the wrong burger and their pickles are always soggy. Burgers were not only the wrong ones, but also very dry. No napkins and cold fries. Don’t waste your money.
The service was horrible the last time I was there! The manager was being rude to the other employees and talking very loudly in her language. She walked away and those employees started laughing once she was far away. She yelled out my order # and had this attitude and rolled her eyes when I asked for my cup. She was obviously still upset the situation earlier. When I asked for my cup and she asked what size ? Her tone was very disrespectful June 24/2025 around 5-530 pm
