The service was horrible the last time I was there! The manager was being rude to the other employees and talking very loudly in her language. She walked away and those employees started laughing once she was far away. She yelled out my order # and had this attitude and rolled her eyes when I asked for my cup. She was obviously still upset the situation earlier. When I asked for my cup and she asked what size ? Her tone was very disrespectful June 24/2025 around 5-530 pm
If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered in drive thru. Sat at the first window for 8 minutes repeating what we ordered a total of 6 times. Having no idea what was going on or even just entering the order again so we could pay and get our food. They just closed the window and finally when the 8 minute mark passed we gave up and drove off. I understand fast food takes a while now but ignoring your customers and having them have to repeat themselves a million times is kinda ridiculous.
