I had a disappointing experience at this McDonald’s during my visit around 7:45 PM. I ordered a decaf coffee using the self-service kiosk, which accepted the order without any notice that decaf was unavailable. After waiting a few minutes, a staff member informed us that they did not have decaf coffee. I was at the drive thru at 330 am. I tired to order but the cashier was rude.She keep telling me to wait. After 10 mins with the window open. She yelled through the microphone and asked what I wanted. I just told her the service was bad and I drove off. As I left there was a cab driver at the window she was talking to and he wasn’t ordering. I went around to ask who the manager was. She just argued with me saying she was the manager. Got sick on one bite nothing cook properly cheese not even melted patty is full on pink ! I know its the holidays I know restaurants work. But u dont want to work that no ur problem!!! Seriously health / safety in play yall should get inspected and training youre cooks!
Not much of a drive-through if they make you park every Sit for 10+ minutes and then bring you out cold food
