McDonald's is what McDonald's is. You know what you're going to get and you get it consistently. Except now, with raising wages, and being unable to keep people. . . This is the most inconsistent McDs I've ever been to.
Waited for 30 minutes before I requested a refund, thankfully the floor manager gave me a refund and still let me have my food that showed up during the refund. While we waited we spoke with several people, one lady waited in the drive through for 45 minutes just to be given an incorrect order. While the crowd grew up front with people coming in with incorrect orders, and growing impatient waiting for their food, the several teen employees were chatting in the back, joking around with no sense of urgency. 45min plus wait including watching food on side for 10plus minutes. All other customers complaining with multiple getting refunds. Atrocious processing of orders. Felt sorry for the person in charge who said he'd done a 12hr shift with staff issues. Simply unacceptable.
