Food could be hotter
Ordered in drive through a sandwich and fries. Pull up to get food and was told to pull to 3rd window as they were waiting on fries, and would be 2-3 min. Pulled up at 12:57 and at 1:05 finally got my food. Fries should have been upgraded for free since I had to wait, and because the small was not even filled up. This is pathetic to pay over $2 for a small fry and this is what got get!! Absolutely ridiculous!! Must have some sort of shortage on fries, as I cannot understand why you would not want to make sure they are stuffe... read more
Unfamiliar with the app I was being what some workers would think a pain of a customer but instead these employees had me pull up to the window and helped me with the app and was exceptionally customer service driven! Thanks so much Tipton McDonald's things to y'all I had a five-star break
