Pésima atención al cliente llegamos a las 12:40 pasamos en drive tru y el que estaba atendiendo no escuchaba pasamos a ventanilla y pedimos orden separada claramente estaba sordo porque en la primera orden pedimos 3 mc chicken , ice coffee plain and one cheese burger en ningun momento pedimos plain mc chickens al llegar a recoger en la otra ventanilla nos las dieron plain y nos dijieron que ya no tenían ice coffee, como porque siguen vendiendo si ya no tienen? eso nos dijo el que nos dio la orden llamado Cristian y todavía a... read more
Typical McDonald's fries come cold sandwiched under heat lamps too lon. just an update I was there several weeks ago. the drive thru speaker I pulled up appeared not to be working because they took 3 cars in the other drive thru lane and never asked for my order. I went inside and told the a supervisorand he told me I'm a smug way of talking down to me to be patient. I was trying to tel them the one speaker didn't work and get my order.
