One employee took our order, 2 coffees. She left, then we waited almost 10 minutes for our coffee. We had to yell fir someone at drive thru to get our coffee. Then we found out you have to buy something in order to get the code for the bathroom. Worst experience I ever had
Went through the drive-through asked to wait in parking space one after we ate in the car. I ran into use the restroom and realized it required a code went to the desk and asked Chloe who claimed she is the manager for the code. She said what did you order so I told her and she said Do you have a receipt? I said not on me because I went through the drive-through and then when she told me Ineeded a receipt to use the bathroom. Kayla the Supervisor on duty literally has the worst attitude I've experienced. The nice guy on the grill had better customer service that the Supervisor. The owner should really consider hiring someone who's not so angry. There's a sign that says no refills after 2 but the soda machine is self serve... I literally hope I NEVER experience Kayla again...
