I usually don’t have problems at the McDonald’s in Renfrew, but I had a really unpleasant experience recently with a worker, I believe her name is Victoria. When my card had an error and didn’t go through right away, instead of being patient, she got visibly upset and actually slammed the window on me. It was really rude and made me feel uncomfortable, especially since it was just a simple card issue that could have happened to anyone.
