Ordered a kids meal with a plain burger for my daughter. When we got home there was a bun with all the toppings and NO BURGER PATTY.
This location is the worst to place an order in the drive thru. It takes 15min to place your order, and another 10 minutes to receive the food from the window. They also keep saying that the McDonald's app doesn't work on their end? So how are they able to pull your name up if its not working!I started going to the McDonald's off 606 and Overland Dr. Faster service, accurate orders.
The staff is angry and very unhelpful. I waited 40 minutes for 2 hamburgers and a coke. I ordered at the kiosk, took a number and sat down at a table. I noticed other people getting their food delivered to their table who came in after I did. I went to the counter, waited another 10 minutes for someone to come out from the back and asked about my food. The person pointed to a bag sitting on the to go area.
