The Restaurant is not welcoming at all. Always ignored if you enter the main dining area. They don't always have a person on register, and the speed of the food doesn't make it "Fast Food". ----- And if the Owner needs to send people to a "Customer Care Team" website to help you... They aren't helping you at all and are just lazy.
We came to this place after a long time, and were pleasantly surprised. The service made the difference. How the manager welcomes the elderly that I suppose come regularly warmed our hearts. Very personal. And the rest of the staff was very polite and helpfull. The place is very clean and I am thinking of coming to work here every now and then.
