Just ordered a mcveggie , asked for lettuce , tomato , pickles , onions and cheese . Got charged for all of it and nothing was on the burger but lettuce and Mac sauce .
Waited 10 minutes in the drive thru for a coffee (only item ordered) to find out after I left they gave me the wrong drink. Very disappointed with this service.
My husband ordered 2 Quarter pounder meals with LARGE fries in there, my husband comes out with 2 large fries in our meal HALF EMPTY IN BOTH. And for the record, I used to work at this location so I know this is something they hold a high standard to. I’m calling the location tomorrow to get this sorted out but for this to be the quality we get I definitely expect some sort of compensation or replacement for the items and the quality we paid for and didn’t receive. Very disappointing Kent St McDonald’s
