I visited the store today and asked for a cup of water. The oversmart employee ‘Shanie L’ gave it to me but then quietly said, “bring your own next time.” I found this extremely rude and unprofessional. If giving a water cup is an issue, the staff should communicate it properly instead of making sarcastic comments. I did not expect this kind of attitude from McDonald’s. Please train your employees to speak respectfully to customers.
Very poor service. So slow and pathetic. Manager is so rude.
