Rude service.
Refuses to give drink refills. Says it’s a new policy. Won’t be going back to this location because of this. Kenmount road and mount Pearl have no problem giving drink refills.
Service here is great and the food is always great quality, Ind it's a very clean location. However, it's terribly understaffed during the afternoons. Please add another staff member! People are waiting upwards of 20 minutes just to get their orders! The staff are working themselves really hard, but it's impossible for them to meet demand at their current staffing level.
