Rude and inconsiderate manager. The way she speaks to people is appalling. No class at all. If it wasn't for the playground I'd never go back in there if my life depended on it
It’s bad enough I can’t feed me and my kids for under $100 at a fast food restaurant but if we’re spending the money, I think it’s reasonable to accept that there will at least be a wiped down table to sit at. Or straws and lids near the cups. Or someone at leasttttt standing at the counter to help customers who come in. Sad how unkept this location is. We won’t be back. It was filthy and everyone who works there is rude and not even doing the bare minimum.
The only reason your getting my 5 star review is because of Lisa she makes sure the customers are taken care definitely a great asset to your team! Just wanted to let you know she amazing!
Maybe I just came at a good time when they had to make fresh food? Ordered at around 11:30pm on 7/22/26 and the fries were so fresh and well salted. The burgers were hot and fresh and the chicken sandwich melted in my mouth. Am I dreaming? The food was perfect and the staff was accommodating when I asked for crinkled cut pickles instead of the regular cut pickles. Super impressed with this location. Will be back. Hope they keep the same energy.
I have given this location too many tries. I ordered 6 meal deals, all the fries are soggy and dont even look fully cooked, covered in grease and almost translucent. All 4 of my SWEET teas are all UNSWEET and my hot and spicy wasnt even wrapped and had lettuce all over the bag. This location has gone to crap. Always messing up my order and or they just dont care about the food being presentable. I will boycott this location for good now.
