I’m a regular customer, and the person at the early-morning drive-thru window is always smiling and welcoming. Great service and a good team overall — they really make my mornings better.
The bottom of the barrel when it comes to customer service. It is literally non existent at this poorly run business. Too many bad experiences there, avoid this terrible McDonald's if you can.
Was standing and waiting about 10 minutes for the initial order, then once that was received I realized they forgot to include something. I went back up and waited about 5 minutes to speak to someone to get the forgotten item, the employees looked at me but chose to ignore me. After those 5 minutes I sent my boyfriend up to get it and he was acknowledged almost immediately. It wasnt busy either, the supervisor/manager was talking about letting some employees go for the night.
Doordashed from this place now my bag was not tampered with. The bag was completely sealed when I got it yet they managed to forget an entire two Happy meals and drinks Somehow. I don't get how an employee can be that dense that they forget to add an entire two meals and I'm currently shaking in rage because of how upset and distraught I am over losing my two meals.
