I go out of my way to come to this location. Food is consistently better than ANY other location! Nicest employees too. Had a very small issue today (first time) and Kirsten was extremely kind and helped me very quickly and went beyond what I was hoping for. The manager lady with glasses was great too. Well if this isn't the most dystopian industrial fast food restaurant, then I'll be a monkeys uncle. The kiosk ordering has to be the most obnoxious thing imaginable; it's decidedly slower to order, and not being about to talk to someone who knows their job and forcing the user to navigate a series of menus and screens to find what they want is my is mind blowingly annoying The boring, dull, muted colors of everything in the restaurant also makes it not feel inviting, but rather like a poorly designed, emotionlessness, ultra... read more
It's a well run McDonalds. Always good food and drive through.
My 11 yo daughter and her 16 yo cousin went to the movies near the restaurant, and came out to find a flat tire. They attempted to change it themselves, but the jack failed. Both parents were called to help, and we were on our way. They needed to use restroom, and we're turned away because they needed to purchase something. I have never felt so disappointed In an establishment for turning 2 young ladies away.
