NO RANCH WHEN I PAID FOR RANCH
Ordered a fry and a drink. It took 20 full minutes, despite not being very busy. Completely unacceptable.
42 minutes. At a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT. From the time I order to the time I had food in hand. 🤮
Maybe if you guys didnt have 14 year olds working here things could actually get done in a timely and accurate manner. And people wouldn't have to wait 15 actual minutes for one large drink. Ridiculous.
$13 for this by the way…but only 3 patties should be 4 & I guess lettuce that I didn’t ask for? What happened to putting it on a trey & giving me a fork?
