The food was fine, even though I had specific requests and there were no labels—so I had to ask around, which wasn't a problem. However, I didn't like the service one bit; the gentleman seemed to be having a bad day—which isn't my business—but I had a terrible experience, and despite that, I wasn't rude or anything of the sort.
Honestly one of the better McDonald's I've been to. Normally food is on point! Hot fresh hardly any mistakes but happens on occasion. However, if it's actually a mistake they made (not someone trying to get free food) super easy to fix. Only part I dislike is it's connected to the Chevron gas station cuz the owner can be a real jerk! My husband went through the drive thru and we ended up getting root beer instead of coke. They were semi busy so he decided to just dump the soda out and walk in to get the correct soda.. should... read more
Ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese. Received a deluxe double quarter pounder with cheese. Ordered a mcdouble with an extra meat patty and extra mayonnaise. Received a mcchicken with extra mayonnaise. The only thing they got right was the shamrock shake. And an empty cup I filled myself. Gave 5 stars for visibility. Terrible service.
