The lady in the drive thru who was the manager Angela was just so beyond rude can we help you after I waited 5 minutes at the speaker. Then I tell her I have a pick up order she goes name ? I tell here she goes that’s already in the damn lobby made I’m not grabbing it you can come into the lobby if you want your order…. Wow can’t walk to feet for a customer to grab their food ?? As someone who’s in customer service and had been forever it was disappointing and disgusting
