A beautiful day to look out upon the mountains while waiting 18 minutes in the drive thru line for cold limp fries and crusty leathery nuggets. There were plenty of employees on staff walking about and looking very busy. Everyone in the long line of cars was feeling ignored before discovering their disappointment over the money spent for the leftovers that were served. I am sure. Quick service. Staff were clean, pleasant and very helpful.
No sauce on my sandwich, gave me the wrong sauce on my wraps and gave me water instead of sprite. As a previous mcdonalds employee the job isnt hard and for what they charge its ridiculous to mess up every aspect of an order
Always… and I mean always something wrong or missing when I order here. Unfortunately it’s the closest option. App is sub-par— even DoorDash has a way to report issues. Instead you have to call and pray they answer by the 6th or 7th attempt. They never have enough staff. Owners— you have something to fix here. Hard to blame the staff when they are doing the job of 10 people.
