Really disappointed with my experience tonight. It wasn’t even busy, but my order still had multiple issues. I ordered 4 cheeseburgers and only received 3, which I didn’t realize until I got home. My smoothie also wasn’t filled all the way, and my fries had no salt. I understand mistakes can happen, but when it’s not busy, I expect a little more attention to detail. This place has never once gotten my order correct, it’s clear that they completely ignore the instructions/requests written on the ticket. Don’t even bother trying to get a refund or complain to their customer service because management doesn’t care enough to get back to their customers. people in the drive through are always fine but it seems like a lot more care needs to go into getting people what they spend their money on, especially with the prices rising on everything.
The big arch burger is one of the best burgers ive eaten in a long while and if you haven't tried it yet you really need too!
Stood at the register for 5 plus minutes waiting to order. Couldn't even get anyone to acknowledge me
