I ordered a double quarter pounder with a strawberry pie. They told me they didn't have a strawberry pie and that they would give me an apple pie instead. I requested a refund, and the manager said no and gave me an old strawberry pie instead. You can't even make this stuff up. McDonald's will always be McDonald's. It doesn't matter what neighborhood. You can take the pig out of the pigpen, but it will always be a pig.
Very incompetent staff… this is the only McDonald’s where I live. I have been here twice and they got my order wrong both times. It is crazy. I repeated myself at least three times and the order was correct on the screen. Then when I pay my orders is incorrect. Then they try to act like the customers are the problem.
