Eveytime I happen to go here, whether its thru the app or in the drive thru there is always an issue. Missing food, wrong food or waiting over 30 mins at the designated #spot for the food to come out. Only McDonald's in the area that I have so many issues with. The food is good when it is right and decently/ timely delivered.
Look, of course it was McDonalds food. So it was good but nothing special. What made my experience at the flowers McDonald’s was the person running the drive thru window. Zachary. He was very kind even paying me a compliment and making a little joke at the window. He makes me know there’s still honesty in the world and I appreciate his customer service.
I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese deluxe, and the heel the bottom piece of bread was so hard my silverware was getting bent. I returned promptly and asked for my money back
Very unacceptable. Corporate has been contacted.
