We eat at McDonald's fairly regularly, multiple locations because my son has the app and likes to help "pay" with his points. This particular visit I tried the quarter pounder deluxe because I wanted tomato. I wasn't aware "deluxe" meant smothered in hot mayonnaise. Yes, there was lettuce and tomato. I don't like shredded lettuce from a bag. That's on me, I know better. But I don't even understand that much mayo. I know people do it, but this is my second experience in a row. 25 minutes waiting for two simple caramel frappe from the drive thru. They push people forward from the drive through and forget about them. I am not coming back. It is the second time they do that and also the first time they forgot items from the order. I am so disappointed. I don’t recommend them unless you have an hour to spare waiting.
This is the ONLY mcdonalds I have been to where you sit at the speaker they ask you about the app and you tell them yes or no then a car pulls in the next lane and they ask you to hold on then proceed to take that other person's order first so inconsiderate and its really disrespectful
I hate that McDonald’s so much like they’re so unprofessional and no one be at the counter. I hate going there and my food always be cold and they take forever to get my order. I do not like it with all the passion in my life.
