Takes forever to get your food that you can't even get the right order
There was one younger woman with great customer service, but everyone else seemed like they were upset any customers were there.
had to basically retell them my ENTIRE order at the 2nd window. didn’t give me my 6 piece at first and 1 dipping sauce for a 10 piece.
if you want something quick this is not the place they leave cars sitting in the drive thru for so long people just leave, i would as well if i did not do a mobile order, it is to the point you have to call the store and tell them to get on their speakers and this is not the first time it has occurred. the manager is also just rude they act like they don’t want to be here and hate customers and after waiting 30min they got my order wrong just to ignore me while i wait for another 15 min in the lobby just crazy
