Customer service is awful here! I'll drive to another town before I go back here! After the order was wrong I asked to fix it (the manager was snappie) and came back wrong again I just accepted the $21 order they left off two things including my water that I paid for. I left mad and won't go back!
Ordered ahead on the app to try and save time. Got in line to give them my code and sat for 5 minutes before they even spoke on the speaker. Very rude customer service. Got to the window to receive my food. And was told to move to window three. I had 9 cars come to the second window receive their food and leave while I waited on a 10 piece nugget. The lady working, the drive-through was good, but the lady at the second window was an absolutely horrible person who needs to see Jesus she showed my McFlurry in my hand and slammed the window in my face and said “bye” for no reason. Horrible service.
