Awesome service.. clean facility.. very nice workers n there was a problem n they were extremely effecicient n understanding n compensating n did so very quickly .
Morning shift is wonderful! 5 stars! The same people are usually working the drive thru for breakfast and lunch, and they are wonderful. Service is speedy and the employees are friendly and helpful. However, supper is a different story. I never go to this McDonald's in the evening. Oftentimes I'm asked to pull ahead and have to wait 30 minutes - same thing if you order on the app and curbside! Everytime I've gone in the evening hours, they "lose my order" and I wind up having to go inside and ask for my food after 20 minutes... read more
Customer service is awful here! I'll drive to another town before I go back here! After the order was wrong I asked to fix it (the manager was snappie) and came back wrong again I just accepted the $21 order they left off two things including my water that I paid for. I left mad and won't go back!
