I visited McDonald’s today and was served by a staff member named Raman. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the service I received. I found her attitude to be unprofessional and not very welcoming. Good customer service makes a big difference, and I believe some improvement in communication and customer interaction would really help enhance the experience. I hope the management takes this into consideration to ensure better service in the future.
This place has become such a joke. No ice cream in months. Now they haven’t had ice in 6 weeks. Who manages this place? How is this possible.
