Food is always fresh, drive thru line moves quickly, team members are typically friendly and helpful.
I don’t know what the policy is for the store and maybe there’s a reason behind it but the drive through has a horrible habit of forcing people in line to be bumper to bumper so that receipts are given quicker. It’s dangerous to scream at people and tell them to move forward or make people lean three feet out the window to get one sooner. Just wait till their at the window? After placing mobile order pulled up to drive thru. Told them I had a mobile order to which I was cut off mid sentence and told somebody would be with me in a min. After repeatedly trying to get somebody attention and waiting 35 mins they finally answered with no excuse. Need better management at night or to close at night bc this is a joke.
