Everytime I come here there is a long drive through line because they refuse to have people pull up as they wait for their food to be made.
Over the past 2 weeks, every time I order a frape I get to the second window for them to tell me they can’t make it. Then they give me a refund for less the I paid for the drink so I’m losing money. Never going back to this location.
This is the worst McDonald's. It's always a ridiculous wait. Today I was the 2nd car in line, Noone else ahead of the 2 od us and Noone in the lobby. A 15 minute wait for an egg mcmuffin and a hash brown.
Much better experience than last time. Food was hot, associates were kind and professional
