Placed my order at the drive thru today. It was semi busy. Antonio took my order, he was friendly & very patient with me. I liked that he repeated back my order to ensure everything was correct & he also asked if I would like to add to my order, which was nice because initially I didn't plan to order drinks. Turns out my family & I needed drinks to go with our orders.
Ordered my food at 6:45 got my at 7:05 watched multiple people walk in after me and get thier food. No this was not people using the app before hand. One woman pulled up next to me 10 minutes after I ordered and I watched her put her order in the app. She waited 5 minutes went in and got her food. I got my food 5 minutes after that. When I asked an employee about speaking to the manager she rolled her eyes sighed and disappeared. I ordered two large coffees and two McGriddles I ordered sugar and creamer and one coffee and my second coffee I ordered Splenda and creamer on the side I didn't get neither was a young kid at the counter
