Faison is a hard worker and very customer services focus. He always very helpful.
I was excited to grab a bite to eat before work. I ordered my meal through the kiosk and waited for my food only to realize I was missing something, they were fast to give me what I was missing I'll give them props for that. However, once I took my lunch break at work, excited to eat my meal, I had noticed something in my box. In my box was a dead fly and I was so disgusted and it's been the most disappointed I've ever been with McDonald's.
