I would like to appreciate Navreet for her excellent customer service at McDonald’s. She was very polite, friendly, and efficient while taking the order. Her positive attitude made the experience pleasant, and she handled everything smoothly. Great service overall!
Coffee gets worse and worse, food keeps coming out of the driveway thru cold. If you try to complain your order does get remade but they practically throw it at you. Gonna stick to the other walmart location for now until the main location gets their act together.
Dont expect much these days Order is never correct. Zero customer service. If they speak English
I specifically told them I just wanted egg and bun. I got ham in it and then i told them to change it. Instead of being apologetic about it. They were being rude and not even being considerate. Worst example of customer service. They need to learn how to do their job or go home if they cannot do it. I am regular customer but I will not go there again. I had a bad morning because of this drama. Basic customer service skills will be nice.
Went with my wife to get 3 drinks only drinks and we got our double double and our tea, and then when we got out vanilla chai frap it was under filled and I asked her to fill to the top she took it went to talk to her manager her manager took it and gave it back to me and showed me the “McDonald’s max fill line” honestly what’s going on with this corporation looking back at it I realize why I don’t work there 😆 customers always being right isn’t real anymore as a “McDonalds golden standard” so so upsetting.
