Drive thru line took 20 minutes to get from the order board to the payment window then had to wait another 30 minutes for food. Burgers were chewy and buns were rubbery. Really the worst McDonald's I've ever eaten at
Went through the drive thru and ordered a double cheeseburger meal with no ketchup or mustard (Im allergic) and left thinking it was going to be what I asked for. Went to eat my burger, but something told me to check it first. Thank god I did bcuz there was ketchup on my burger.
Have been to this location twice now, both times the service has been great. However both time my order has also been stale and cold and this time my order was also missing items. Maybe it’s different during peak rushes but outside of peak hours food seems like it’s just been left in the warmer to die.
It's 80 degrees inside the restaurant and if I wouldn't already ordered online I would have walked out
