This place is terrible. They can never get order right and food is always cold. ICE CREAM MACHINE IS ALWAYS DOWN
I ordered a pickup order off the McDonald's mobile app at approximately 10:45pm. I paid for it when I made the order on the app with my card. It is about a mile away and I decided to take my dog on a walk while I picked up the order. When I got there at 11:10pm the door was locked. the lady who I assume was the manager, yelled to me through the locked glass door that I could not come in. I tried to show her the order details from the app but she showed no interest in looking at it. She told me that I had to have a car and go... read more
I understand it gets busy. But when the worker ask me to pull to the side to wait for my orders, and when I'm seeing multiple vehicles behind me get their orders before me and drive off. It is so frustrating!
