Zero customer service skills or training since the opening of this location. Missing items 7 out of 10 times, cold food 9 out of 10 times, extended wait times (20 plus minutes in drive thru) 9 out of 10 times. Just waited 30 plus minutes for an order they forgot about but, were quick to park me in under 30 seconds. The dining room is clean most of the time about the only thing good here. Never once been offered a coupon or gratis item for the hassle.
Normally have a great experience here. But this morning drive thru is 20 minute wait. Whats up guys????
I've gone through the drive through and they always forget something in my order. How hard is it to gets order done correctly. They don't think of the inconvenience that it causes and they want you to come in the next day to correct it. Get it together people.
