When I visit a restaurant I often visit the washroom first before ordering to judge the cleanliness of the location. The condition of the washroom at the Victoria Avenue east location was disgusting. It looked and smelt like no one had cleaned if for days. Needless to say I left the restaurant without ordering.
Food and costumer services is amazing
Always the best & dot on with the order, irrespective of the time of the day.
This isn't so much about food as it is the quality of a person/employee. Garrett is a true gem to the entire franchise and society as a whole. Watching him calmly and respectful help two community members that collapsed outside the restaurant until first responders arrived was beautiful. He treated everyone with respect and calmly controlled the situation ensuring everyone was safe. My heart and soul needed this today.
