Excellent service and hot food
The girl named Trinity was so unprofessional when taking orders. Murmuring something when taking order is not acceptable. Remove this skeleton girl from the front end. You need to remember that customers are paying for your service.
This location is the best McDonald’s in the city. I’m usually going through drive thru late at night, and Jen is always so kind and friendly. Last night we went inside to order, and I witnessed Jen dealing with a customer complaint. She stayed professional and offered multiple solutions to their issue, when ultimately they decided they would rather curse at her and try to argue.
