Third absolute horrible experience at this mcdonald’s. Horrible horrible experience. This lunch & breakfast staff is great. They are professional but the dinner staff is terrible. Drive thru line is always backed up to the entrance, staff don’t understand what’s going on or have any sense of urgency. This Mcdonald’s of jefferson off 129 will not be receiving anymore business from me. EVER.

They let me sit it the drive-thru for about 10 minutes not once did they say a word even though I was saying hello and everything was on and they wer clearly opened this is about 1:30 in the morning. it seems like night crew is never working they frequently act like they're not open and they will usually turn off the lights after sombody sits there for a minute and hide inside and in their cars, but this time they didn't do that and as I drove away I saw one dude in the window still with the mic on his head pointing at me an... read more

Absolutely ridiculous. I understand being short-staffed, but asking me to pull up to the curbside parking spot then forgetting to bring me my order for 30 minutes while serving the 10 cars that came after me is unacceptable. And proceeding to bring me the wrong order three times. It’s unfortunate this is the nearest McDonald’s to me.
