I was missing items on my order last Sunday. When I called, the manager on duty was very nice and stated they would replace them on next order. She took my name and order number. When I called this morning, the manager was incredibly rude, told me I was lying, talked over me, refused to let me speak, and hung up on me twice. That’s not behavior indicative of “management.” Regional support should be stepping in to do compete some remedial training, or even customer service basics 101.
Always a solid go to for breakfast! This location never let's me down! Friendly crew and food is prepared with care. I've been to other locations and it's not the same. Great job everyone!
11,500 locations, but not this one.
It took over 20 minutes in the drive-thru to get my food. They gave me the wrong order 2 times, then they asked for the receipt and they got it wrong again. So I told them what my order was, about 5 minutes later they got it right.
