if i could if this place 0 stars i would bc why did i wait a actual hour for a chicken sandwich and some fries and when i said i want a refund the manager stood in the corner and didn’t say anything. no one had urgency if you ask me zombies walk faster then them. oh and i wasn’t the only one they had a lobby full and i mean full of people waiting. thank you mcdonald’s for wasting my lunch break
Do not. I repeat. Do not order here. I'm from out of town, working locally for a one time gig. Stopped at this location 3 times now. I order from the app every time. And every time, they give us some bullshit. I get the same shit 100% . How hard is it to make an iced coffee with no sugar?? The gal looking at us like she lost and confused how to make a drink. Pathetic.
I placed my order in the drive through line at 9:25 PM Still in line as I write this review, and it’s 9:55. 30 minutes and counting… Unacceptable
This place is horrible. McDonald’s prices have increased tremendously and their customer service and food service is HORRIBLE. It’s bad enough that we have to put in our own order which is understandable and I don’t mind. But it’s a problem when I customize my order and they just giving me whatever they want. Mind you half my order was missing and no one seemed to care. I'd say in the New Orleans area, the River Ridge area lacks patience, and smiles. I should've checked my bag, but my two drinks, no straws and I had zero napkins for my lunch order.
