Receipt Order #37. paid at 12:05PM and did not get my food until 12:18PM, I would think during lunch they would be on it. Pick-Up Window: the girl asked me what I had ordered and to see my receipt. Thank goodness I said yes to the Pay-Window for a copy of my receipt... what really baffled me was the Second window girl not checking for my sauces(even after reading my receipt??) that yall charge EXTRA for & the sauces are NEVER in the bag. Get it together please.

Awful awful awful. If you want food and are hungry, don’t go here. We were just passing by and ordered fries and 2 drinks and it literally took 25 min for those 3 items to come out. Despite having multiple people working, the place is beyond inefficient and lacks any sort of customer service. I’m convinced that if we left and drove to another McDonald’s, ordered, got our food and then came back, our order would’ve still not been out. AVOID this place as all cost.

My only complaint is. I ordered 2 the McDonald's app and ordered 2 pies. Then, she gonna tell me the pies that I wanted. They didn't have so she said, well, we can give you apple. I didn't want apple, so she said, oh well, the other part's gonna take an extra 15 minutes to be due. But she did go out of her way to make sure everything was comfortable for me.
