Fast service. Quality food. Polite help. But never a paper receipt in the order kiosk.
McDonald's seriously needs to replace the managers in this location. Poorly ran. Always slow. Tonight I went to pick up a doordash at 8:50 pm. Doors are locked even though the sign and Google says the dining room doesn't close until 11 pm. Drive thru was at a stand still. I sat at the speaker for 7 minutes and no one said anything. No "I'll be right with you" or nothing. Hands Down the worst location I've ever been to. I will never accept an order from here again after this has happened multiple times. Learned my lesson.
They take more then 8 minutes to just make a mc chicken and a another one (one small one double idk) and the line is long cause of those people
Long wait for food, 28 minutes! Drive through was backed up a mile at -6PM so I placed a mobile order for counter pickup. Lots of angry customers complaining about the long wait and lots of rude, unhappy employees dishing it back. At one point the shift manager got in a shouting match with a Door Dash driver. Crazy! They got my order wrong to boot. Once I got to my car I noticed they didn’t put the extra patty on either of my McDoubles, so I got robbed $2 to boot! With the Mayhem inside I just cut my losses.
