The food here is hit or miss, sometimes the food looks fresh other times it looks like its been sitting awhile especially the fries.
Trash in my food
$84 order missing most of the food (80+ nuggets and fries). Confirmed it was correct before leaving. Waited 23 minutes for a manager (Simone) the next day just to be denied a refund. Was also told the store manager (Josue) was on vacation and wouldn’t be back for 2 weeks. Corporate then closed my case saying I didn’t respond, which is false. Had to go through my bank to get my money back. Didn’t know McDonald’s was in the business of taking people’s money like this. Poor service all around.
Charged me a dollar and two cents and didn't give me a ranch like I asked them. And I bought something. It's not a good place to get what you want.
