Safest and cleanest McDonald's in Iowa city by far
Burger was cold. No staff out front, automated ordering. No condiments available.
Horrible service. Only able to order with kiosks which constantly glitch out, and when we asked for help, the manager was snappy and quick to tell us that she was too busy to help. Manager was super rude to multiple customers. Took forever to recieve food and it wasn't even busy. Drink machine was broken. The only bright moment was the young man who was cleaning the floor was at least trying to give great customer service.
