I had a really unpleasant experience at this location. I ordered a medium hot latte through the drive-thru, but the woman at the window gave me an iced one instead. When I tried to explain the mistake politely, she started raising her voice and being extremely rude. There was no apology, just attitude. It's really disappointing to be treated like that over a simple order. Customer service should never involve yelling, especially when the mistake wasn't mine. I won't be coming back to this location again.
