There's an older woman as the manager. I gave her the code for a free large fries, and when THEIR systems didn't redeem it, she proceeded to act like i gave the wrong code. Even when I started explaining that this was a reoccurring problem with their systems, she kept interrupting and saying I was wrong and used the wrong code. I go through the drive through from time to time because it is on my way to/from work. I have always had very friendly service. Like, the service here is much friendlier than the sit down restaurants I go to. I have almost always received better than average fast food here as well and rarely have to wait. I think the negative reviews are just people who come to complain, because I come here regularly for two years and find it’s pretty good. Tuve una mala experiencia al comprar unas papitas, mi hermanito fue a traer mi pedido porque lo hice en la aplicación mi orden y la señora que atendió a mi hermanito lo trató muy feo y lo regañó y ella no sabía que el estaba en llamada conmigo y escuché todo lo que le dijo esa señora ofensiva y agresiva.
