This workplace thinks workers will work better with empty stomachs, as though that has EVER improved anyone's mood or customer service skills. It's disgusting and greedy to deny workers a meal. Mom and pop shops can shell out for their workers to eat. I know McDonald's refuses to invest in the bodily welfare of their workers by denying them access to Healthcare through their work. This McDonald's location refuses to provide a free meal to the human beings who work there, essentially requiring them to spend their hard earned money back at the McDonald's that's meant to be paying THEM! It's a way to get squeeze more profit out of workers, and it's sick. PS: The McGriddles are always flavorless trash, not like they're supposed to taste. Can someone please tell the kitchen staff that waste is budgeted for, and no one will get in trouble for throwing away rancid food?
My family and I made a day trip to Iowa City for my youngest's birthday, and of course she picked her favorite place to eat at for lunch. Both of my kids got their delicious happy meals with Elio toys, and my oldest had the idea to ask to exchange the toys for the Lil McDonald's toys. The workers are extremely rude and the egg looked like it had been sitting out for months… They were very disrespectful and not cooperative at all when I had a question.
The chick working the drive thru was rude. She should do her job and learn to keep comments to herself. No opinion needed.
