This message is for head office. This location does not follow standard operating procedures of McDonald's, in specific on skip orders. What they do at this location is on ALL orders, including walk-up customers orders, is to print a paper ticket and then clear the board even though the order is not ready and work off of Paper Tickets. They do this to hide their performance from head office and I have seen plenty of total meltdowns of those Paper Tickets getting lost misplaced and not done in the order it comes in.
