I ordered my kids and kids meal and request ice water instead of pops or milk for my kids and they stated they can’t give ice water with kids meals only pop/juice/milk. I had to purchase three small ice waters instead. The. I said okay I’ll take a Diet Coke with one of the meals and they uncharged me for a “small” when I stated I wanted whatever size comes with the meal. It's okay. The staff are all obviously overworked but it is functional in spite of how busy the location is.

The food was honestly decent, I got 2 cheeseburgers, a fry, and a berry blast sprite because it’s new. One burger was so spongy for some reason? That I threw it out, the other was fine despite the bun half covered in ketchup. I was in the drive thru and it took them close to 6 minutes to make it. “Thank you” I said. The worker literally just stared at me. I went two days later and it was the same thing. Very mediocre not worth while food and definitely not worth while customer service.

Went to use men’s restroom. Disgusting. Piss on floor. Dirty urinal. Smells straight like pea. Mirror and sink horrible. Management needs to do a better job with cleanliness. Also dirty mop water just sitting in closet.
