Burger fries soda was great

I came in there yesterday there was a new manager. He was a bright young man. He was very helpful even when he doing everything in the front and by himself McDonald’s need to hire more managers like him I believe his name was d DeShawn or Dequan he’s the reason I will be coming back 9/10
They talk about how they're improving the quality of thier food, hot, fresh whatever.....my double cheeseburger was a cold mess, with mustard and ketchup all over flowing over, half the bun and burger were half off and cheese cold, burger was cold....horrible, I through it away.....to many better options for the money.
Whoever is working the second window mid-day on Thursdays is just looking to give people attitude. Got told to pull up to the drive thru pick up spot without a single other car in the entire drive thru. Asked why, she gave a rude non-answer. QP I ordered came out like a hockey puck. Pathetic
