This place is unorganized and slow . Sat in the parking lot for over 10 minutes waiting for a sausage and cheese mc muffin and they still got the order wrong and added egg
It’s 6:30 and nobody answer the window and door was locked!!! Unacceptable
Did not answer me on call
The drive thru employees were great, nice, personable and polite. The food was trash. I waited in Reserve 3 for approx 7 minutes, thought was getting hot fries they were underdone. The Big Arch was absolute trash. I loved it from another store in Mayfield Hts. I was hungry I ate that much.
Worker was unprofessional and not willing to satisfy customer after he messed up the order
