We had to wait to make an order as they were standing talking to each other. We will not go back and they were not even busy. Was dead inside that's why they were talking.
Waited in the drive-thru for almost 10 minutes and no one even bothered to acknowledge or take the order. Not a single response, not even a “please wait.” Just completely ignored the whole time. It was honestly so disrespectful and disappointing—especially from a place like McDonald’s where you expect at least basic service. This kind of attitude makes customers feel like they don’t matter at all.
