Literally the slowest McDonald’s in the valley. No customer care whatsoever. I watched a woman wait forever just for someone to help her. No urgency at all. The employees in the back have no hustle and look like sloths while they work. I work delivery and this is the most pathetic store

This McD’s has always been one of the better ones I’ve been too. But it seems as of late they are super short staffed all the time. This morning I made an order on the app for pickup. Arrived 5 minutes later and proceeded to wait for about 20 minutes before I had to leave to not be late to work. Never got food, couldn’t get my money back. There were maybe 3 or 4 employees who were working hard but they just need more hands. If you need fast food in whitefish you’re better off going to one of the bars that serve burgers.
