Drive thru order didn't have everything I ordered. Called when I got home about the shortage of food very friendly staff and zero issues getting replacement order of shortages. Drove 10 minutes to pick up replacement and they messed up my order again. I specifically told them I wanted regular cheese burgers not plain cheese burgers for some reason that wasn't understood they gave me plain cheese burgers. I left with plain cheese burgers because apparently there was an issue with listening.
Shout out to Kelly!!! You always brighten every person's day!! You are absolutely AMAZING! you never fail at bringing a smile to my face with your awesomeness! Thank you for always being you!! You're always so cheerful and happy ☺️ it's always a pleasure coming through your window! McDonald's should give you a raise!!!!! 😊
The lady at window 1—pink beanie—she always radiates friendliness and simple joy, and it’s infectious. This is the most expensive McDonald’s in existence, I’m certain, and they nickel and dime you for condiments. But the lady at the window inspires me to be a happier person.
