Would have given a higher rating but I've called and visited several times this summer asking about their frappe drinks. Their machine is broken and out for service. Was told by one staff member that the last time it went down they were a year waiting for it to be fixed. Sad that a corporation like McDonald's doesn't have a backup for machine's like this, especially in the summer when people are looking for cold drinks. They should have a backup for their backup!! BTW, staff are great!
