We stopped by for quick bite thinking that drive through is pretty empty so service will be quick. But it was completely different, for McDonald’s standard menu order we were told to pull up in the parking spot and wait for the order. I was surprised that condiments are provided upon asking only, they are not the standard add on item. Food was okay, lettuce was all out of my burger
Did an order through the app and paid, waited 10 minutes then my curbside order was completed before I even got my order. I went in and they said they didn't get my order when I've already paid. I asked to speak to floor manager and then later the lady they have my order. So unorganized Update and new issue: bought apple pies here recently, there were two that only had the sauce and no apples..Tasted only like caramel and cinnamon...
I called them 50 times but everytime they picked the phone but didn't speak.useless staff.
My fiance ordered thru uber and you allowed a uber driver to take a order with out insulated bags my woman's food showed up ice cold eating ice cold food causes food poisoning especially the fact that my gal is sick caused by your food showing up cold because the uber driver did not have a insulated bags uncle faith refuses orders if you do not have a insulated bags their is no excuse for this now uber won't refund my gal this is , b.s like I'm beyond angry i belive the fod and health and safety standards are not being used ... read more
