horrible service needed to use restroom wasn't clean had no toilet paper and not to make matters worse the manager or employee wasn't prioritizing my needs.
The cashier didn't bring us our cups. I asked her if she could get them to us, and she rolled her eyes and said she would bring them out. After waiting five minutes I went up to the cash register and asked and she rolled her eyes again and got us our cups. 9/20/2025 Fix your ice cream machine!
Food and service was really bad today. I went through the drive thru and was told to wait in pickup spot 2, someone parked in that spot. I waited near spot 2 for someone to come out with food. Needless to say food was cold and 4 other spots waited just as long. Where was the food runner?
